BlissPak Custom PP crescent blister tray is purpose-built for seafood processors running liquid nitrogen IQF shrimp production. It solves common production headaches including shrimp adhesion, shape loss, tray cracking and inefficient freezing cycles.Made of 100% virgin food-grade polypropylene. It withstands -40℃ liquid nitrogen IQF processing without turning brittle or cracking. Raw materials meet FDA and EU food-contact requirements, fully qualified for seafood export markets. Solid custom colors such as teal and light blue shown in our product photos are available.
Each tray features separated crescent mould cavities to hold one shrimp per slot. It locks shrimp in a consistent curved shape through the whole freezing procedure. This eliminates stuck shrimp, reduces manual sorting labour and lowers finished product waste, improving retail market value.
Precise small holes on tray bottom enable smooth cold airflow passing through every cavity. Cold reaches shrimp evenly to shorten freezing time and reduce frost accumulation. Stable cold penetration protects shrimp texture and original freshness for export.
Thickened surrounding rim keeps trays flat and stable during stacking inside cold storage. No warping under stacked weight. It fits automated production line operation. We customize cavity dimensions for various shrimp grades such as 21/25,31/40,41/50. Samples can be supplied for your freezing test before bulk orders.
